Naïo stands out for the versatility of its robots

The leader in agricultural robotics has just added four new soil working implements to its catalog, offering farmers more flexibility and adaptability to field conditions.

Escalquens (31), October 18, 2023: “Today, we are the only manufacturers of agricultural robots to offer such versatility across such a wide range of autonomous robots,” announces Aymeric Barthes, co-founder of Naïo Technologies.

The Orio robot can now be equipped with a Kult hoe, a Treffler harrow, and a precision pneumatic planter Stanhay (for large vegetable farms and row-crops). The vineyard straddler Ted now receives EVOLT Boisselet electric interrows.

All these tools, available from 2024, have been field-tested and vineyard-tested. They have been adapted to ensure perfect coordination with the robots and safe movements. This co-development with specialized manufacturers in their field ensures the quality of work and the reliability of the equipment.

The existing tools dedicated to the other robots in the range, the crawler Jo and the agricultural assistant Oz, have been developed with the same mindset, with manufacturers Ebra (planter) and Hak (soil working tool) for Oz, and Boisselet (griffin and mechanical interrow) for Jo.

By offering an expanded range and promoting the versatility of its robots, Naïo stands out in meeting the needs of producers with tools that correspond to the diversity of agronomic practices. This approach also fits into a logic of profitability for farms: work is optimized with equipment that can be used more often, on larger surfaces and crops. In addition, farmers, market gardeners, or winegrowers can mount their own tools on the robots, provided they ensure compliance with safety rules, in accordance with the advice of Naïo experts.

« Our goal is to make agricultural robotics more accessible with the best tools from recognized brands that have proven themselves », underlines Aymeric Barthes.
